My New Toys
Today I went out an bought some new electronics. The headphones were kinda pricey, but I figure…I fly multiple times every week, why not get the good stuff?? I got the beats by dr. dre monster headphones, and a Sony MP3 player. When I tried out the headphones I knew I had to have them…I even liked them better than the Bose headphones and I’m a Bose NUT. I had planned to do this earlier in the week…actually closer to my birthday, but I’m just now getting the time. So I gave you the rundown of what went down on my actual birthday (March 18), but the weekend was packed, so here are the highlights. Friday night we met up with Dave and Jo at this spot called Cabana’s in Georgetown on the waterfront (on the boardwalk). The place was terrible (IMO). The food was cold and they had the windows open like it was warm…but it had to be low 40′s. I’m thankful that I have another year under my belt….and this weekend reaffirmed that I’m getting better as I get older ! So as I’m catching my ride home (my flight from CLE to DCA), I shoot Aliya a text asking her to pick me up. In classic Aliya fashion, she sends me a response asking me if I’d like her to “whisk [me] away to a delectable fare.” I don’t really respond well to those sort of remarks…LOL…but anyway, she had reservations for us to eat at Bistro L’hermitage in Woodbridge, VA. QB – Dan LeFevour out of Central Michigan University I made a mistake and watched this dude’s Bowl game….he is in fact RIDICULOUS in my opinion. I am making the assumption that our front office is making no moves in the upcoming weeks to bring in a veteran QB. Out of the QBs that will likely be available around our pick (Colt McCoy, Tony Pike, Jevan Snead, etc.) I am sure that this guy is the best bet. I’d pick him over Tebow actually….[which may end up being a mistake because of Tebow's work ethic]……but right NOW, I’d definitely spend my money on LeFevour.
